I'm an aspiring fine art photographer. After studying mathematics and spending a career in technology consulting, my overdeveloped left-brain suggested I start exercising the other side before I tipped over. Around that time I moved to the Seattle area, and started photographing in order to share the city I was seeing with fresh eyes (it's amazing what people will Like on Instagram). I'm a student at the Photographic Center Northwest, where I'm constantly moved and inspired by my instructors and fellow students. I have no plans to ever graduate since every class I take there highlights ten new areas I want to learn about. More importantly, every class pushes me even further outside my comfort zone.
I live on Whidbey Island with my wife Jenny and dog Pinot.
